All of our VA Ninjas are located in the United States and will be in your time zone.

Yes! Our VA Ninjas work limited hours on the weekend. When you complete your client profile we will match you with a VA that is available on the weekend.
Yes. VA Ninjas are equipped with Google Voice accounts, making calling a breeze.
Absolutely! Delegating your Email inbox to your VAN to read, send, and delete messages on your behalf is a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox tidy. VANs work exclusively out of Gmail but will do our best to accommodate Outlook, Mail, and other mail clients.
Your VAN will happily find you an excellent bookkeeper or CPA if you need more than basic invoicing/billing help.

No. You will be matched with one dedicated assistant that you will work with on a one-to-one basis, submitting all of your tasks directly to them. This will help build the relationship. As you two grow together, your VA will be able anticipate your wants and needs.

VA Ninjas, LLC observes major US holidays but some of our VA Ninjas do not.

Virtual Assistant Ninjas hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your time zone Monday through Friday, exempting normal U.S. holidays. However, we do have VAs that works extended hours.

Your VAN has a dedicated line to communicate with you but they cannot answer your incoming calls from customers, vendors, contractors or personal. If you are in need of an answering service, your VA will happily find a receptionist company for you.

Yes but we do not offer specific training for specialized software. You would be responsible for getting them trained on whatever programs you use.

After you’ve selected a plan  you’ll:

1. Schedule a Discovery Call.

2. Submit payment.

3. Next, a Kickoff Call with your new VA Ninja.

After this, your assistant is prepared to take on tasks for you.
